Suggested use 

The ancient Romans often used white willow bark to fight fever while ancient Egyptians, Assyrians and Sumerians used it to treat inflammatory rheumatic pain. Hippocrates, a famous Greek physician, suggested chewing willow bark in order to increase urine flow for those who had urinary problems. Until today, the masses among the Native American tribes use the white willow tree as a pain relief treatment.
